Stuck in an emotional back and forth? Finding it difficult to understand how you are feeling? Loosing control of how you want to think, feel and act? Looking for some help starting a daily journaling habit? Then this is the course for you. Keeping a daily journal is a powerful habit for anyone looking to hone their self exploration and spark the interest of doing inner healing work. Journaling is so important for your self development and is a tool encouraged to everyone that is in need of clarity, understanding and go on the journey of willingness and growth. Grab a notebook and get started becoming better connected with yourself through journaling! You will receive 7 days worth of journal prompts to be completed within 24 hours of receiving them. You are encouraged to use a new/fresh journal however if you have one that you are actively using, then please use this. Complete the prompts when you are by yourself, make time to be in a quiet, calm space. Answer them as honestly and truthfully as possible to get the full benefit of the explorative work. The aim is to kick start you into a journaling practice so self discipline and self correction is required. Once you have completed the free 7 day challenge, you will have an opportunity to book an optional 30 minute check in to discuss any reflections and explore any further work that you may want to embark on
