What should I expect from my first session?

If you are booking a session you will have contact with our founder beforehand to explore the area of support that you need, the method of support you require and we will discuss if we are a good match for each other. From this, we will then be able to develop a plan of contact and plan your sessions accordingly

What is the age range for your services 

For individual programmes, there is a recommended age of 18 year upwards. For group participation programmes, we are more flexible as we understand that young children may be part of family groups and would need to be incorporated into the session plans

How should I prepare for my first session?

If you have any questions, please send these over beforehand. This will enable you to receive a well rounded response to your question and we will be able to use the session time effectively.
