***TOPIC IS STRESS AND TRIGGERS ***
It is National Stress Awareness day on 4th November and we all have felt a bit or too much stress over this Covid 19 period. This is a session to help you identify the stress triggers in your life and find healthy ways to help reduce the impact that stress has on your body, mind and soul.
***This is NOT a counselling session but a safe space for sharing***
There will be NO ADVERTISING of services and if signposting is needed please reach out for further help.
You will be offered some self care and self help tips should you need them
